How to Create a New Internal Project

  1. Create it in the Internal Projects database (linked below or on the Management Layer)
  2. Set: Project Name, Status, Priority, Project Lead, Project Type
  3. Link it: Related Initiative, Related OKR, or Related Engagement where applicable
  4. Create a ticket in the Tickets DB scoped to this project's code
  5. Spawn tasks from that ticket — each task links back via Related Internal Project
  6. Track via Sprint Overview on the Company Dashboard
