How OKRs Work in This System

Objectives are qualitative goals — what you want to achieve. Set 3-5 per quarter max.

Key Results are quantitative measures — how you know you achieved it. Set 2-4 per Objective.

In the database below, each record has a Type field (Objective or Key Result). Key Results link to their parent Objective via the Parent Objective relation. The Progress formula auto-calculates from Start Value, Current Value, and Target Value.
